4 Turkey BUBBA burgers
8 Slices fresh pineapple, 1/2″ thick
4 Tsp grape seed or avocado oil
4 Tsp toasted sesame seeds
1/2 Cup teriyaki sauce or glaze
2 Cup Jasmine or brown rice, steamed
4 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Drizzle the sliced pineapple with grape seed or avocado oil. Begin cooking your jasmine rice.
Place the Turkey BUBBA burgers and pineapple slices directly on the grill grates. Cook the Turkey BUBBA burgers according to package directions, turning once juices have risen to the top and cooking to an internal temperature of 165°F. Season the Turkey BUBBA burgers with salt and pepper, if desired. Grill the pineapple for 3 to 5 minutes per side.
When the Turkey BUBBA burgers have almost finished cooking, glaze them with teriyaki sauce.
In the bottom of each serving bowl, place the steamed rice. Slice the grilled pineapple in half and place a few pieces into each serving bowl. Top the pineapple with the teriyaki glazed Turkey BUBBA burgers. Sprinkle everything with toasted sesame seeds and garnish with cilantro leaves. Drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
