A Quick and Zesty BUBBA Burger® Recipe

Dusting your burger patty with taco seasoning gives these taco bubba burgers that classic taco flavor, but it’s the toppings that really drive home the flavor. You can choose to make or buy your pico de gallo, but fresh, homemade guacamole is key with this burger. Simply mash up an avocado and add some salt, lime and garlic, and you'll love how it brings this burger together.

Step 1

Make the Guac.

Remove the skin and seeds from the avocados and place the flesh in a large bowl. Add in the lime juice, garlic and salt and pepper and stir/mash to combine. Cover with plastic wrap so the wrap is touching the top of the guac. Set aside in the fridge until ready to use.
