6 Turkey BUBBA burgers
6 Whole wheat buns
1 Poblano pepper
1 Ear of corn
1 Cup of queso dip
2 Sliced roma tomatoes
Shredded lettuce
1/2 Sliced avocado
Preheat your grill to medium and lightly spray both sides of frozen Turkey BUBBA burgers with vegetable spray. Prepare your corn and pepper for grilling.
Place your turkey BUBBA burgers on the grill, about 4 inches above the heat. Grill the first side for 8 minutes; turn and grill the other side for 7 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the burger reads 165°F. When you flip the burgers, add the whole wheat buns and let them grill while the second side of the turkey BUBBA burger cooks.
Grill the corn and poblano pepper over the heat until charred, turning frequently. When the poblano skin is charred, place the poblano pepper in a paper bag and close it for 10 minutes to steam the pepper and make it easier to remove the skin. After 10 minutes, use fingers to slip skin off the poblano pepper and remove stem and seeds.
Dice the poblano pepper and add it to the queso. With a sharp knife, carefully remove the corn kernels from the cob and add them to the queso.
Lay out the bottom of the whole wheat buns and spread shredded lettuce over each of them. Add a roma tomato slice, then a turkey BUBBA burger. Top with the poblano queso, avocado slice, and then the top whole wheat bun.
