1 Box of Original Beef BUBBA burgers
6 Brioche buns, toasted
12 Beefsteak tomato slices
12 Yellow onion slices
Curly leaf lettuce
6 Slices Pepper jack cheese
6 Slices Colby jack cheese
Mayonnaise
Dijon mustard
Pickles
Blue cheese (optional)
Stuffed olives (optional)
Cut your beefsteak tomatoes and yellow onions into 12 slices. Prepare your brioche buns, curly leaf lettuce, and 1 slice of each cheese (pepper jack and colby jack) for each burger.
Place frozen Original Beef BUBBA burger patties onto grill and cook 5-7 minutes, until juices appear. Flip and cook 5-7 minutes on other side. Do not press down on burgers.
Place brioche bun bottoms on a serving plate. Add curly leaf lettuce and an Original Beef BUBBA burger to each. Place one slice of each cheese (pepper jack and colby jack) on burgers, then add two beefsteak tomato slices, two yellow onion slices, pickles, and condiments as desired. Cover with top brioche bun and serve immediately.
Garnish with bleu cheese-stuffed olives for an extra touch of tasty.
