Add the parsley, garlic, salt, habanero, lemon, and olive oil to a food processor. Blend it up until it’s smooth.
Place the plantains and jumbo shrimp on the grill and brush with oil, garlic, and chili mixture before putting them on the grill.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, and grill the plantains for about 5 minutes per side. BUBBA burgers hit the grill next and cook on one side for about 5 minutes or until juices start to form at the top.
Flip your BUBBA burger after 5 minutes, then add the Manchego cheese.
Toast the brioche burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes. Then, add the chimichurri to the bottom burger bun and add your BUBBA burger.
