Place frozen Original BUBBA burgers in the same skillet. Cook and wait for the juices to rise to the top (4-6 minutes). Flip burgers and cook for another 4-6 minutes. You’ll want to get the internal temperature to 160 degrees.
In a medium cast-iron skillet, over medium heat, cook your bacon to preferred doneness. Once its finished, remove the bacon to a paper towel and partially drain skillet.
Fry the eggs to preferred doneness in the bacon fat in the same skillet. this recipe goes great with sunny side up eggs and omelette style.
Peel your avocado and mash it with sea salt, if using. If you like tomatoes, go ahead and mix those in too! Next, spread your avocado mash onto one side of each of the waffles.
Top one waffle with the cooked patty, then the bacon and egg, then sandwich with the other waffle. And that’s how you make this waffle brunch burger! Enjoy!
