For best results, we recommend cooking your BUBBA burgers on a grill or skillet preheated to medium-high. You can also use the following tips to make sure your BUBBA burgers are always cooked to the peak of flavor:
- Don’t thaw the frozen patty — BUBBA burgers are made in a patented shape that helps them cook more evenly and the burger lose its ability to hold this shape if it thaws.
- If they are frozen together, use a metal spatula to gently pull the patties apart— this prevents injuries from pulling them apart with knives or other sharp objects.
- Don’t overcook it — the perfect temperature for our all-beef BUBBA burger® varieties is 160°F and 165°F for our turkey varieties.
- Flip the burger about halfway but through don’t press it — this keeps the juices from running out and evaporating, which could make the burger less juicy
