One of the best things about BUBBA burgers — other than how great they taste… and how easy they are to make… or how many varieties are available… (sorry, I got distracted)—  is how versatile and easy they are to enjoy year-round — indoors, outdoors or practically anywhere.

So, even when the weather turns against you or it starts getting chilly out, firing up the grill isn’t the only way to make and enjoy your favorite BUBBA burger.

In fact, there are almost as many ways to cook a BUBBA burger as there are varieties of BUBBA burger — check out of some of the most popular cooking methods below:

Grill

This method is our absolute favorite!

  1. Heat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Place frozen BUBBA burger patties onto the hot grill and cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
  3. Cook until the juices rise to the top but don’t press them.
  4. Flip your BUBBA burgers and cook until the internal temperature reaches 160°F for beef BUBBA burger varieties or 165°F for turkey and veggie BUBBA burger varieties.
  5. Add cheese and close the lid of the grill to melt if desired.

Stovetop/Skillet

If the weather isn’t holding up, this method is also top notch!

  1. Add a small amount of neutral-flavored oil and heat to medium-high.
  2. Place frozen BUBBA burger patties onto the hot skillet and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Add cheese and place the lid on top of the pan to melt if desired.

Air Fryer

  1. Place the frozen BUBBA burger patties on the bottom of the basket. Do not overlap or overcrowd.
  2. Set the air fryer to cook at 370°F.
  3. Cook 13 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F for beef BUBBA burger varieties or 165°F for turkey and veggie BUBBA burger varieties.

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place frozen BUBBA burgers on a greased baking sheet 1 to 2 inches apart.
  3. Place the pan near the top of oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Flip the BUBBA burgers and bake again for 5 to 10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F for beef BUBBA burger varieties or 165°F for turkey and veggie BUBBA burger varieties.
  5. Top with cheese and broil for an additional 3 to 5 minutes if desired.
