The BUBBA Burger 2026 Monthly Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of BUBBA Foods LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, and affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes consists of eight (8) separate monthly entry periods:

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Monthly Sweepstakes.
One (1) prize package will be awarded per Monthly Sweepstakes (8 total). Prizes may include grills, cooking supplies, gift cards, or BUBBA branded merchandise. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each monthly prize will vary, with a maximum prize value of up to $750.
For each Monthly Sweepstakes, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within three weeks of that month’s email sweepstakes deployment. Potential winners will be notified via email. If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further payment.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any claims or judgments shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees.
