Eligibility: The BUBBA burger Instacart Gift Card Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States of America, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of BUBBA Foods, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by BUBBA Foods LLC, located at 4339 Roosevelt Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32210.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on [5/1/2024] and ends at [8/31/2024] (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may enter the Sweepstakes through clicking a link within a BUBBA newsletter. To sign up for the newsletter, visit bubbafoods.com/newsletter-sign-up. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries received from any person or email address beyond this limit will void all such additional entries. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
Prize: Three (3) Grand Prize winners will receive a $500 Instacart Gift Card. One (1) winner will be chosen each month, May – August. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Each drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days after the Sweepstakes Period by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the entry information. The potential winner must respond within 10 days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions: If for any reason the operation or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, (b) tampering, unauthorized intervention, (c) fraud, (d) technical failures, or (e) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part.
