Eligibility: The 2025 BUBBA burger Summer Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States of America, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of BUBBA Foods, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by BUBBA Foods LLC, located at 4339 Roosevelt Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32210.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on April 23, 2025, and ends on July 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries for each prize must be received by the last day of the respective month as follows: First Prize by April 30, 2025; Second Prize by May 31, 2025; Third Prize by June 30, 2025; Fourth Prize by July 31, 2025. Entries submitted before or after the applicable prize entry period will be disqualified.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by clicking a link within a BUBBA newsletter. To sign up for the newsletter, visit bubbafoods.com/sign-up. Limit one (1) entry per person per prize entry period. Multiple entries received from any person or email address beyond this limit for a given prize will void all such additional entries. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
Prize: One (1) First Prize winner will receive a complete outdoor grilling setup, including a grill and grilling merchandise (approximate retail value: $1,000). The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prize: One (1) Second Prize winner will receive assorted BUBBA burger boxes and a $500 Instacart gift card (approximate retail value: $600). The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prize: One (1) Third Prize winner will receive a $1,000 Instacart gift card (approximate retail value: $1,000). The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prize: One (1) Fourth Prize winner will receive a painted portrait based on a user-submitted photo and a trophy (approximate retail value: $500). The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection and Notification: Prize winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received for each prize during the Sweepstakes Period. The First Prize winner will be selected on or around May 1, 2025; the Second Prize winner on or around June 1, 2025; the Third Prize winner on or around July 1, 2025; and the Fourth Prize winner on or around August 1, 2025. Each drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received for each prize. Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address provided in the entry information within 24 hours of the drawing. Potential winners must respond within 24 hours of the notification attempt, providing their name, mailing address, confirmation of legal U.S. residency, and Instagram handle (if applicable), or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Conditions of Entry: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering, you agree to let BUBBA foods and its subsidiary brands post about your winnings on social media and traditional media, should you win.
General Conditions: If for any reason the operation or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, (b) tampering, unauthorized intervention, (c) fraud, (d) technical failures, or (e) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part.

Winner List: To obtain a copy of the winners’ names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: BUBBA Foods LLC, 4339 Roosevelt Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32210. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2025. The Sponsor will protect user and consumer privacy to the best of its ability in responding to such requests.
