Eligibility: The 2025 BUBBA burger Summer Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States of America, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of BUBBA Foods, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by BUBBA Foods LLC.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on April 23, 2025, and ends on or around September 15, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), subject to change at the Sponsor’s discretion. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.
How to Enter: There are two methods of entry depending on the prize:
1. Newsletter Entry (for most prizes): During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may enter by clicking a link within a BUBBA newsletter. To sign up for the newsletter, visit bubbafoods.com/sign-up. Limit one (1) entry per person per prize entry period. Multiple entries received from any person or email address beyond this limit for a given prize will void all such additional entries. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
2. Social Media Entry (for the social giveaway prize): During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may enter by posting a photo of their BUBBA burger creation on Instagram, using the hashtag #bubbasweeps, and tagging @bubbaburger. Entrants must have a public Instagram account for the entry to be valid. Bonus entries can be obtained by: 1) sharing the post to their Instagram story and tagging @bubbaburger; and/or 2) following @bubbaburger on Facebook and Instagram. Limit one (1) main entry per person; up to two (2) bonus entries per person. Multiple entries beyond this limit will void all additional entries. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. By entering, entrants agree to abide by Instagram’s and Facebook’s terms of service.
Prizes: Prizes will range from gift cards to grills, and more, with approximate retail values ranging from $500 to $1,000. Specific prizes may vary and will be announced via the Sponsor’s channels. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection and Notification: Prize winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted on or around September 16, 2025, by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.
For newsletter-based prizes, potential winners will be notified by email at the email address provided in the entry information within 24 hours of the drawing. For the social giveaway prize, potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message at the account used for entry within 24 hours of the drawing. Potential winners must respond within 24 hours of the notification attempt, providing their name, mailing address, confirmation of legal U.S. residency, and Instagram handle (if applicable), or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions: If for any reason the operation or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, (b) tampering, unauthorized intervention, (c) fraud, (d) technical failures, or (e) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part.
Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on bubbafoods.com/privacy.
Winner List: To obtain a copy of the winners’ names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: BUBBA Foods LLC, PO Box 2823, Jacksonville, FL 32203. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2025. The Sponsor will protect user and consumer privacy to the best of its ability in responding to such requests.
